KIBITZ.ER’S COMMISSIONS

GENERAL POLICY:
-I can deny any commission, for any reason.-I do not take explicit nor suggestive requests.-I mainly draw anthropomorphic animals, any requests outside of this range are subject to a price increase or denial.-work in progress updates will be provided without needing a request.-my turnaround time is not linear, if a commission needs to be completed within a timeframe i must be notified me BEFORE i am paid. such requests are subject to rush fees, and if I am not informed prior i am under no requirement to finish it within the specified timeframe.

REFUNDS:-If I deem the illustration close to completion at the time of a refund request, I will keep 1/3 of the payment. this applies to any and all of the prices outlined below.-The incomplete illustration can NOT be used or distributed elsewhere, I reserve the right to edit and reuse it after a refund is provided. By requesting a refund, all claim to the artwork is resigned by the commissioner.-if any incomplete commissioned illustrations are distributed, the distributer will be blacklisted.

COMMISSIONER RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP
-you can not claim my work as your own, credit must be to be provided when the art is displayed publicly. when displayed, credit the handle ‘R3PT1LIA’.-my signature is not to be removed under any circumstance.-commercial rights to my illustrations are not inherently provided, if you are looking for commercial illustrations notify me beforehand and we can discuss a quote.-I, as the artist, inherently own any and all commercial rights to commissioned illustrations unless purchased under the pretense of being for commercial use.——————if any of these terms are infringed upon, you will be blacklisted. Inquiring about a commission confirms you have read and agreed to these terms.
